Skalny. Diagnostics of disorders in human mineral metabolism is the main Center specialization based on the unique method known as the method of Dr. Skalny in Moscow as well as in Commonwealth of Independent States and states of the world. High scientific and professional level of CBM is recognized by respect of native and foreign specialists. So, CBM – is the single non-governmental organization – was invited in 1996 to prepare Federal ‘Report about lead pollution of the environment of Russian Federation and its affecting to the population health’. In 1996 observations and measures for recovery of children living in areas of ecological disaster of South Ural on grant of USAID and Russian fund ‘support of public initiatives’ were made by the CBM center strength. 28 PhD’s and 6 Dr.’s dissertations have been realized at the base of CBM and SMC ‘Element’, more than 200 articles and proceedings, including 8 monographs, 6 method’s recommendations, some information letters for physicians and students of medicine colleges and book of medicine ecological problems have been published, 2 inventor’s certificates for inventions and 2 patients have been received. In CBM you may receive answers on many questions actual for your cities, towns and regions, you will sure in short term in possible effective correction of anthropogenic, endemic and professional diseases, improvement of health population status. CBM serves the National Olympic swimming and football teams, leading clinics and medicinal research institutes of Moscow, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Irkutsk; takes part in international ecological projects. From 1998 AIO CBM is a co-founder of Moscow municipal public movement ‘Health City – Health of Moscovers’, Luzhkov U.M., the Moscow mayor, being its honorary chairman. MDKZ licenses 10545/2004 from 01.02.2000 "Russian Society for Medicine Elementology" (RUSTEM) was organized in January, 19, 2001 to develop the doctrine about trace elements (registry certificate in Ministry of Justice of Russian Federation #4032 from April, 20, 2001).
